Initiate Your Return
Log into your Amazon Flex account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the item you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Drop Off Your Item
Securely seal the package, attach the prepaid shipping label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or locker.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
